Prepare for post-secondary education today!
The HBCU College & Summer Tours will be a memorable experience that will provide teens in grades 10th-12th with an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, civic engagement, and personal development. Teens will have the opportunity to explore their interests, potential careers, and postsecondary options leading to degrees or credentials.
College campus tours include:
- Bowie State University
- Howard University
- Hampton University
- Norfolk State University
- Virginia State University
- Virginia Union University.
Museum and Cultural Visits to:
- the National Mall
- Martin Luther King Memorial
- USS Wisconsin War Ship (Below Deck STEM Tour)
- White House Tour
- National Museum of African American History and Culture Tour.
- The tour will conclude with a grand finale visit to the Kings Dominion Amusement Park and spend the day having fun with their peers and staff.
